SPECIFICATIONS

Heavy Duty tester to determine the compression strength of the corrugated box. Load range
selected to completely collapased as Peak load or may be with pre determined load on request as
a option for a given period to evalute stacking load.
Capacity: 20 KN / or 2000 Kgf
Standard Press Platens: Two parallel platen one xed and one movable with for load
cell or one centralised jumbo load cell of good accuracy.
Platen size: 600 X 600 mm (24 X 24 INCH)
Lower Platen: Marked to positon package
Maximum Travel: 610 mm (24 inch) with normal ball screw of low friction
Test Speed: 5 mm to 50 mm per minutes, ± 2.5%
Peak value picked and displayed on 4.5 digital display
Automatic end limit stop
The upper and movable compression platten may be provided in xed or swievel model as per
TAPPI / ISO as per customer requirement.
